Minimum orders

Minimum order is $10.00 for US, Canada and Mexico. For other countries the minimum order is $20.00.

Payment Methods

We accept direct payment via Visa, Mastercard, money order and personal check. Personal checks must clear for 10 days before the order is shipped. We also accept credit card payments through Paypal.com.

International Customers outside of the U.S.

International Customers may pay through paypal.com or International money order. All International customers must supply a daytime phone and email address. All customs duties and taxes are the responsiblity of the addressee. Check with your local government for more information.

International orders will be notified by email of the shipping charges. The shipping charges listed on the site only apply to domestic orders.

Refused Packages

All Refused packages will be processed as a return less the cost of delivery and return shipping charges- SEE Shipping and Return Policy below.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it unopened within 15 days and we will refund you the purchase price of the product. All returned items must be unopened, in re-sellable condition and in original packaging. There is no refund on shipping. If there is a manufacturer's defect with your product, then please contact us immediately and we will have the manufacturer issue a replacement. Returns must be authorized before you send the item or it will be refused. The original invoice will be required with a return. While we will gladly correct any errors on our part, any item returned due to an error on your part will be charged 10% of invoice amount for restocking fee and shipped back to us at your cost.

Shipping

Shipping is either USPS or UPS. The shipping charges given on the web site only apply to orders shipped to locations within the continental U. S. All orders shipped outside of the continental U.S. may have shipping charges that are different than those stated on the Web site. If your shipping charges are different, you will be notified by email.

Shipping charges may change at any time without notice and include a handling fee for the supplies needed to send the order.

Pre-orders

We will take preorders on upcoming items via an email to us. A deposit of 25 % will be required. You must just email us with a request. Payment can be via any of our payment options. Please specify your payment option in the email.
